Step Four : The bank or lender has rules on money for the down payment or closing costs. This money has to be in your savings or checking account at least 6 months prior to using it. They call this “Seasoned Money”.

Step Six: Determine your Time frame to buy your new home, you are going to want to look at at least 10-15 properties before you select one.
Step Seven : Have an ideal home that that you what to buy; Slab home (No basement) or regular home. Look at 10-15 homes, think about what you like and what you don’t like in each home.
Step Eight : Sign a Required by State Law Exclusive Buyers Agent/Advocate Agreement with your licensed Real Estate Expert that says you are going to use them and that you agree with the state’s Terms/Conditions.
Step Nine: Go and see all of the properties that your new Home Expert Friend, brings to you to see, because you need to see a lot of houses to know what a good one looks like before buy. Exposure and comparison is what makes a good choice possible.
